I had black streaking on my roof shingles and called Ron at Orlando Power Wash and more. He told me that this was very common and it comes right off with their soft wash process. I receive a very reasonable estimate and Ron came in a few days and completed the roof cleaning. Wow my roof looks brand new and exceeded my expectation's !! The crew was very efficient and took great care in protecting all my shrubs due to some of the chemicals used in the process. We had our house cleaned on the outside, it was about time. It looked like a bunker regarding the colors, had not been cleaned for fifteen years so you can imagine the look of it. Mr. Ron showed up and did his magic. After the job was done we had a marvelous result, house looks fantastic. You need a thorough pressure wash/soft wash Ron gets the work done 100%. Our HOA contracted Orlando Pressure Wash & More to pressure wash the common areas, sidewalks and driveways, plus soft wash the 26 houses and exterior walls in our neighborhood. At each step in the process, Ron, the owner, promptly responded to our questions, provided an estimate within hours of walking the property, and gave daily updates at the start and end of the day. The homeowners have expressed how great a job his team did and how respectful they were of their property including moving potted plants and ornamental pieces back. If you have an HOA you know that is high praise to make everyone happy! On the last day, Ron personally walked around the property with me in the morning to inspect and another boardmember in the late afternoon to ensure we were satisfied with the final product. He even cleaned a small section we had overlooked that wasn't part of the bid but wanted done. We highly recommend OPW and can't say enough about the great work they've done in our neighborhood!

We needed our sidewalks, driveway, and front porch powerwashed with a quick turnaround. This is something I do myself in the winter, but it got away from me this year. We started getting notices from our beloved HOA about it. It wasn't THAT bad, but it was more than I wanted to do in the 110 degree heat index with my small home unit. We were stood up by others, but Premier treated us very well. They promised a quick turnaround and wound up having a cancellation and came a mere 3 days after getting a quote. Their technician Sito arrived exactly on time and completed it in the exact amount of time he said it would take. You can't ask for better. He did a great job and the front looks like a million bucks.
